Return & Refund Policy – Vedic Aura

At Vedic Aura, we are committed to delivering the highest quality A2 Gir Cow Ghee, crafted with purity and care. Due to the nature of our product, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Important Note (Very Important)

No return or refund will be accepted if the product seal is broken or the jar is opened.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept any opened or used products under any circumstances.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product

After verification, we will:

✔ Offer a replacement, or
✔ Process a refund (if applicable)

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Share your order details and issue
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seal
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
