At Vedic Aura, we believe that true health begins with pure and natural food. In a world filled with processed alternatives, we are bringing back the time-tested wisdom of traditional Indian practices.
Our A2 Gir Cow Ghee is crafted using the ancient Bilona method, ensuring every jar carries the richness, authenticity, and nourishment that our ancestors trusted. It’s not just ghee — it’s a return to purity, tradition, and mindful living.
In today’s fast-paced world, purity in food is slowly being lost. What was once natural, simple, and nourishing has now become processed and artificial.
Vedic Aura was born from a desire to bring back that lost purity — to reconnect people with the authentic taste and goodness of traditional Indian ghee.
Inspired by the wisdom of our ancestors, we follow the age-old Bilona method, where milk is first turned into curd, then hand-churned into makkhan, and finally slow-cooked into pure ghee. This process preserves not just the taste, but the true nutritional value of ghee.
We source our milk from indigenous Gir cows, known for producing A2 milk, ensuring that every jar we create is rich in purity, aroma, and nourishment.
At Vedic Aura, we are not just making ghee — we are reviving a tradition, a lifestyle, and a commitment to real, honest food.
How We Make It
Fresh A2 Gir Cow Milk
We begin our process with milk sourced from indigenous Gir cows, known for their superior A2 quality and natural richness. These cows are raised in a healthy and natural environment, ensuring that the milk retains its purity and nutritional value. This forms the foundation of our ghee, delivering authenticity and nourishment in every step.
Curd Formation
The fresh milk is then carefully converted into curd using traditional methods, without the use of any chemicals or artificial processes. This slow and natural transformation helps preserve essential nutrients and prepares the base for the authentic Bilona process. It is a crucial step that ensures the quality and purity of the final product.
Hand-Churned Using Bilona
Once the curd is ready, it is hand-churned using a wooden bilona, following ancient practices that have been passed down through generations. This method allows the extraction of makkhan in a natural and traditional way, maintaining the richness, aroma, and authenticity that modern methods often fail to achieve.
Slow-Cooked to Perfection
The extracted makkhan is then gently heated over a controlled flame to produce golden, aromatic ghee. This slow-cooking process enhances its flavor, texture, and nutritional value without the need for any additives or shortcuts. The result is pure, wholesome ghee that reflects the essence of tradition and quality.
